Offering the ultimate in product handling and ease of label wipedown. ‘Europa’ labeling systems are available with up to 4 labeling stations as standard. Motion control stepper motor, cam or continuous rotation of the bottle/container/pack platform allows for a multiplicity of label placements with high accuracy.
Speeds of up to 400bpm are achievable, with optional bespoke product handling/orientation features ensuring fully automatic consistent & reliable labeling. Flexibility in the incorporation of conventional high-speed labeling heads allows for effective application including the application of ultra-thin film labels.
Enhanced Features
Quick and easy changeover between different products is provided by the use of retractable labeling heads that slide out easily when splicing, replenishing or changing label reels; thus minimizing line downtime. Further enhanced by color-coded changeparts.
Heavy-duty modular construction reducing maintenance and changeover costs. Also vital in relation to ease of repairs and servicing. Easily integrated into existing production lines.
Enhanced control system incorporating single touch-screen user interface provides a very high level of user diagnostics. The unique software enables quick set-up times between product changeover and is self-monitoring to provide optimum reliability and operational efficiency.
Fully integrated inspection/vision system provides detection for label verification and presence, accuracy of position and alignment, barcode reading, evaluation and verification.
