Tamper Evident applications can be found across most Industries from Food to Pharmaceutical.
In the food sector opening the cap breaks the perforation or tears the label, indicating that the product has been tampered with. These types of labels are usually found on preserve type products.
In the Pharmaceutical sector tamper evident labels are applied to cartons to ensure that the product inside is not removed or substituted with a different type. Harland have developed systems to handle the differing types of tamper evidence labelling from basic applicators to high speed systems.
